A Social State of Mind, options to follow and share this blog with my non-Tumblr readers.
Seven hundred and sixty five days ago, I wrote my first post. At that time, I had one reader on my page: my partner. It was the start of something new and, I would not know it at that time, the start of a growing and sizeable community.
Today, more than twenty eight thousand readers, spread out across Tumblr, RSS, and Twitter, follow this blog and my escapades through medicine. For these readers, the seamless integration with Tumblr has always meant that a platform has been there to deliver content. Yet, as this audience grew, so did an audience that used other means: Facebook. Pinterest. Wordpress.
Therefore, in an effort to extend the vines beyond the walled garden, I have added some new social options to the blog. The RSS and Twitter options have been made more visible and sharing links added. These can be used to share the blog or a post; the latter’s sharing links can be found in the permalink of each post.
I hope to continue making this blog more accessible to my readers and visitors. If you have comments or suggestions, please leave them here. Your feedback would be greatly appreciated.
On a related note, if you enjoy reading, give the new social options a go and share the blog with your friends.
Sincerely,
Tom of the Medical State of Mind
