I’ve seen some in the 70s. The lowest I ever saw in an adult was 12.

The highest I have seen is 50 and I already thought that was a little shocking. I cannot even wrap my head around a BMI of 70.

I have seen very cachectic patients before but I have never calculated their BMI.
