Medical State of Mind Turns Three.
It feels like almost yesterday that I was celebrating the second birthday for the Medical State of Mind. The days sure have flown by at a blazing pace! Here now near the end of my third year, I would like to address you, the reader, and thank you for joining me through this past year.
It has been a year unlike any other I have ever had. There have been tremendous struggles along the way. I have had great moments of success and even greater moments of failure. It has been a year where I have learned about myself, about life, and about death.
Through all of this, I have tried to document my journey as best as I can, between the bites of food and the moments between books. Through all of this, you have continued to read, to ask, and to comment on my journey. You have been there every step of the way.
I thank you all very much for that.
If you are willing to come this far, I hope you are willing to come a little further. There is still one last leg to this journey. I hope you are all ready to join me for another year of reflections, stories, and commentaries on the life of a medical student.
Thank you all very much for your continued readership.
Sincerely,Tom of the Medical State of Mind
